Who We Are

We are a growing church family committed to knowing God, following Jesus example, serving one another, and proclaiming the gospel.  Our greatest desire is to bring God glory in everything we say and do.   We are striving to walk by faith by being sensitive to Word of God and the Holy Spirit’s leading in our lives.
We are a non-denominational, multi-generational church with members from many different backgrounds and walks of life.  We are committed to the preaching and teaching of God’s word as our final authority.  We are committed to worship, fellowship, and serve together with both age appropriate ministries and family focused ministries.

Kid Friendly

Most of all.  We are a warm, humble, caring church family who loves Jesus Christ and longs to share his love with those around us!

  1. Hi!

My name is Sydney Thomas and I am a sophomore at Clemson University. I’m a member of a Christian ministry on campus called CURE that works with international hospitals to fund surgeries for children who would not otherwise afford it while providing spiritual healing for the child and their family. I’ve been fortunate enough to have been chosen to go to Zambia this summer and work in a CURE hospital as a representative of the Clemson chapter…But I need the support of the community to get me there!

I got involved with CURE last year when it first came to Clemson’s campus and have since held positions on the executive board. Most of the patients treated at CURE are unable to go to school due to their disability or are made fun of by their peers, as disease and disability is believed to be a curse in the Zambian culture. A lack of access to healthcare coupled with a lack of education makes it very difficult for these kids to get treated, hindering their future from the start. In helping CURE, I am able to be a small piece in solving this much bigger puzzle. I would be grateful for your prayer support as I prepare to go and while I am out of the country working with these families. During our twenty days in Zambia, we will teach a short vacation Bible school, run clinics at the hospital, visit a local school, and so much more. Please pray that our attitudes and actions will reflect the Lord and for protection over the team and the families we work with. You can also invest in this mission by making a tax-deductible contribution. I need to raise $3,100 to cover transportation, meals, and lodging. I would greatly appreciate your consideration of helping me with these trip expenses. A donation of $155 sponsors one day of my time in Zambia. If you would like to “buy a mile” of my trip, each mile costs $2.50 between here and Zambia. Every bit counts! Some other thoughts I had for fundraising include a babysitting night for parents to drop their kid at the church and make a donation to my trip, a special offering (I could do a minute for mission or something on this during a service), selling dinners to church members that they could pick up from the church, and so on. Please let me know what you think! I am more than willing to come to the church to speak with anyone about this mission.

I hope that you will consider supporting me in whatever way you can. To learn more about CURE, follow a child’s story, or learn about the Beit hospital I encourage you to visit cure.org. For information on the Clemson chapter, visit cureclemson.wordpress.com.

    Thanks so much
